Like a sprinkle of flaky salt or the squeeze of a good condiment, drizzle adds a big pop of flavor right before you dig in (That’s why it’s called a finishing oil!). Drizzle is an early harvest extra virgin olive oil. What exactly does that mean? The harvest season in Spain goes from October to January. Drizzle is harvested in the first 2 weeks of October, when the olives are very small, very hard, and very green. When pressed, these tiny hard olives yield a very small amount of oil. That oil is super concentrated and packed with flavor, which is why we recommend eating it raw.
Maldon salt is made like no other, there’s an art in temperature and timing. A slow warmth uncovering the water’s secret, with skilled hands poised over every batch. Traditional methods and time honored techniques passed down through the centuries, are the reasons why Maldon salt is so unique. The pyramid-shaped, delightfully crunchy crystals are characteristics of Maldon, which is recognized the world over as the finest English sea salt available. These flakes release their saltiness with sweet precision, a fresh intensity, and clean taste. These soft crunchy sea salt flakes add the perfect balance of natural minerals to enhance any dish- sweet or savory. Approved by Organic Food Federation and Kosher certified.
Our crispy chili is a mix of smoky and fruity chilies, meticulously fried garlic, crispy shallots, Marcona almonds and toasted sesame seeds. We also add a touch of coconut sugar and sea salt to create balance and bring you pops of salt here and there. The result is a smokey flavor, subtle heat and a shattering texture.
Spoon it generously over eggs, avocado toast, flaky fish, crushed potatoes or really anything you eat. Are you eating dinner tonight? Yeah, put it on that!
